01I've tried everything, physio, supplements, therapy. Why would this be different?⌄
Because those approaches work on the symptoms. If your body's own recovery system has shut down under sustained pressure, no external treatment can restart it. CRT technique uses a biophoton reflector to help your cells re-identify their correct state and self-correct, the way they were designed to. Most clients feel a shift in the first session.
02Is this a medical treatment?⌄
No. The Recovery Signal is not a medical, psychotherapeutic or naturopathic treatment and does not replace medical diagnosis or care. It works alongside whatever medical support you have in place. If you have a diagnosis, please continue working with your doctor.
03What does a session actually involve?⌄
You lie fully clothed on a treatment table. I place small, lightweight reflector plates on specific points of your body. There's no pressure, no manipulation, no equipment attached to you. Most people describe it as deeply relaxing. The method is non-invasive and completely gentle. Sessions run 60–90 minutes.
04How quickly will I notice a difference?⌄
Many clients notice a change in how they feel, physically, mentally, or both, within the first session. Pain and mobility issues often shift most visibly because the nervous system response is immediate. For deeper patterns like burnout, sleep disruption or chronic fatigue, the change builds across the first 4–6 sessions as your body relearns how to recover sustainably.
05Where are sessions held?⌄
I have two studios, one in Newmarket-on-Fergus, Co. Clare and one in Limerick City. The Active Programme is also available as a live online session, in English or German. A fully mobile service at your own preferred location is available optionally by arrangement, as a follow-up to the Active Programme.
06How do I start, and what does it cost?⌄
You start with the Active Programme. That is €195 and it includes one session with me, in studio or online, plus the loan of the reflector plates for one month of home training. Four weeks is not long enough to fix everything, and I will not pretend otherwise. It is long enough to find out whether your body responds, which is the only thing worth knowing before you spend money on anything bigger. If you want to go further afterwards there is a 3 month and a 6 month programme. Those are premium, personalised programmes, and the investment details are discussed on your Clarity Call, once you have felt what this actually does.
07What's the Clarity Call and what happens on it?⌄
It's a free 30-minute call with me or a member of my team. We talk about what's happening in your body, what you've already tried, and whether CRT technique is likely to help. You leave with clarity, a real picture of what's going on and what your next step is. There's no pressure to book. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you.
08Can you guarantee results?⌄
I can guarantee that I give every session everything I have. I can guarantee that every method I use is evidence-informed and applied with care. I can guarantee that you will leave every session feeling better than when you arrived. What I cannot guarantee is a specific outcome, because every body is different, and growth depends on many individual factors. What I can tell you is that in years, I have never had a client leave a session feeling worse.
